What is Friendsgiving?

Friendsgiving is basically Turkey Days’ fun younger sister…

This will be VYP’s 2nd annual Friendsgiving celebration! Our Rotaract fam comes together each year to celebrate the many reasons we have to be thankful. A giant feast, games, and good times await you!!

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS

The event will take place in New Westminster, very close to Tipperary Park, 3 blocks (4 min walk) from Columbia Skytrain station.

The event commences at 3 pm, however, Sophie lives in the building, so if you wanted to come a bit earlier and help set up, please contact her directly. We plan to eat dinner will be at approximately 4:30 PM.

The full address and access instructions will be provided to those who register for the event.

GETTING THERE/PARKING

The building is a 3-block (4 min) walk from Columbia Skytrain station.

For those that drive, all the parking around the building is free parking.

WHAT TO BRING

The event is Potluck style, please signup to bring a dish of your choice.

If you have any group games, feel free to bring those. Some will be provided.

Any beverages you wish to consume.

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU

Cutlery, plates, bowls, serving spoons etc will be available.

Ovens, microwaves etc for heating dishes will be provided. Additionally, refrigeration options.

Glasses, mugs, water, tea, and coffee.
