What is Autism?
Autism is characterized by differences with social communication, sensory sensitivities, and repetitive behavior, as well as a wide range of individual strengths, interests, and abilities.
In British Columbia, 1 in 32 children and youth is on the autism spectrum. There are over 19,000 children and youth on the autism spectrum province-wide.
What is The Canucks Autism Network?
Canucks Autism Network (CAN) is dedicated to providing programs to individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families, while promoting acceptance and inclusion through community engagement and training initiatives across BC and beyond.

CAN need’s help with organizing and preparing equipment, visual aids, and other teaching tools for their upcoming programs.
